Abstract
Dieser akademische Workshop anläßlich der 8. internationalen Tagung über Telework in Helsinki war thematisch eng verbunden mit den Inhalten der Telework 2001 Konferenz und hatte zum Ziel, Politiker, Sozialpartner und Forscher zu Diskussionen und Ideenaustausch anzuregen.
Die 21 Beiträge aus 9 verschiedenen Ländern behandeln Fragen des Vertrauens, des sozialen und intellektuellen Kapitals i.Z. mit Telearbeit unter verschiedenen Aspekten, u.a. auch bezogen auf den jeweiligen organisatorischen Kontext oder virtuelle Organisationen. Sie verkörpern verschiedene Forschungstraditionen und umfassen sowohl Konzepte als auch empirische Erkenntnisse.
